Sadly, Im not a gm but my brain works too nice sometimes
playing other 300 rated players makes it easier to get a 70% accurate game. it's based on making moves that lose percentages of a pawn. if your opponent isn't making strong moves that are a threat to you, then it's way less dangerous, and you don't have to worry about blunders.
if you're playing book moves in the opening, and not playing gambits, that'll boost your % too.
I've played at the 1800 level, and have games where I've won with percentages in the 50s.

I won this game with just 54% accuracy because my opponent's accuracy was 49%. one's opponent's accuracy impacts yours. i played one 1800 who had a 38% accuracy, which made it easier to win with a mid 60s %.
you would have to have your best game ever and a lot of luck to beat that opponent with a 1400 point advantage.

In this game I was black and the opponent white. I got 81.1 accuracy. Only 2 mistakes.white just resigned. his/her elo was more than me!!
