well your only choice was to capture the bishop. going a piece down is just not an option, and your opponent should have realised this and retreated the bishop when you refused the capture the first time. The doubled pawns in front of your king are pretty bad, but that is why you shouldnt have moved your queen previously. (at least not away from defending the knight). Rather than bringing your king out, you should probably have tried to get one or maybe both rooks on that half open g file. You should possibly have taken the f pawn because once it's on f5 your bishop and queen are out of the game, and your rook on a8 is also still blocked in. Still losing mind you.
