Maybe you shouldn't have opened up the lines on your king on move with 11. g4.

Anticipate your opponents moves. Flip the board and make the strongest moves as if you were your opponent.
5. Nf3 is a good developing move, just not in this situation with your Bishop on d3. Black should have played e4 for an easy fork.
6. a3 is pointless. Just castle if you don't want to be pinned.

I don't understand 11. g4, especially after you played h3. You wanted to be unpinned bad enough that you played h3, and then g4??
You thought the first pin was bad? Good lord.
15. Bg5 is a blunder. 15. ...Nxf3+ Time is a very important concept in chess.
