What would 11...e5 have accomplished? I don't see how that was an alternative.
In the game, I didn't see 11...cxd4 either - if I had, I certainly wouldn't have moved the king. After that, I was pretty discouraged at my crappy position. I definitely think 13...O-O-O was a great move on your part, though. At first glance, I totally thought it was a mistake, but it was basically the winning move as far as I can tell.
It occurred to me that nobody commented on this. Oh well.

I'd stick a ?! on both 2. ...e6 and 3. nf3 - perhaps I'm missing something, but why ignore the fact that c3 was played? After e6, I think white can play d4 with advantage, and I'm not sure why that didn't happen.
I am posting this with the permission of my opponent. (I think my opponent will also find this helpful.) I won the game, and it had an interesting progression. This was my first online game here, which I really liked, because I liked being able to see the analysis board and look at lines, to walk away and come back later, and to look at the opening book at the start--I often come to a bad start because of unfamiliar openings.
