I gotta say your best move would be RESIGN. But if you don't do that then offer a draw.
Resign this game since you are now cheating.
I can help. Watch out for your rook on move 26!
Actually, your opponent could have won your rook on move 21 with Qc5+ followed by either Qb5+ or Qc6+ forking your king and rook.
As has been pointed out, asking for help in an ongoing game is against the rules. I hope I'm not out of bounds by saying things about earlier moves. Your position is lost anyhow, may as well resign.
