  this is a game i just finished which i drew but think i could win buy promoting my passed pawns,have i missed something here? i couldnt force the issue because of his white squared bishop

It's hard to see how either side can win. Games like this - with opposite colour bishops - often end in a draw.

I, too, think with perfect play you could have, but how many of can do that? I would have offered/accepted the draw considering how close your ratings are. It's not that I care about the points, I just think it indicates it could have easily been another 30 moves!

says that just this position alone is a draw. I'm not sure what difference, if any, that the extra pawns would make.

You might have been able to sqeeze out a win with some fancy footwork by your king, but that is very unlikely.
