You took too long to castle.
Qf3 was quite bad. Your Queen is not going to do much until you can get 2 more minor pieces to attack h7, and then it can be stopped with the likes of ...h6.
After having committed your Q to the kingside, you sent your bishop to a 3 move detour that umm
- attacked a bishop that was already defended and wasn't doing much anyway
- was always going to accomplish nothing,
but the best part was it
- resulted the capitulation of your Queenside.
If he'd played 19...h6 you won't even have any attack going and would have to pretty much just play 20. Nf3
