So recently, I played a game which I thought was pretty interesting. There was opposite-side castling and a rush to attack from both sides. My opponent unleashed a combination that probably should have won, but I found a counter-strike and managed to mate him.

Anyone have any thoughts on how either of us could have improved on our play?

looks like Qh8+?? is a huge blunder and Qd1 would have won comfortably.

However you were better earlier, maybe you need to meet h4 with Bh5 (before or after b5)
