Can anyone help me out with this

1. (If it is whites turn) Is their a special name for the stalemate that White is in

2. What are some other names for stalemates

3. (If it is blacks turn) Can anyone find a faster than two move checkmate

4. Has this exact setup ever happened before?

3. No, there is no mate in 1.

4. No, this position is actually not a legal chess position since there is no way for white's bishop to get from c1 to e1 with the pawns remaining on d2 and f2.

How did the Bishop get there?  With the pawn blocking the Bishop in on its (the pawn's) original starting square, I do not believe there is any legal way to get to this position

 there wasnt anyway to get thatresult, but i the riddle i am doing, the creator made a mistake which led me in this direction. the answer to the riddle, if you care to know, is draw accept that it was in swedish
