Most of my expeiences from chess come from either destroying newbs or being totally dominated, I in this game was playing black against a slightly younger opponent. He played with a finesse that i have not seen before, feigning innexperience in the way that he moved.
1 e4 e5
He wants to play an open game, I expect the bishop to play a major role in the game. I follow suit.
2 Qh5 Nc6
He is trying for a quick sholars mate, I protect my e pawn with my knight.
3 Bc4 g6
He moves his bishop out for the kill, I countered with the move g6 foiling an early mate.
4 Qf3 Nf6
He plays the expected move of Qf3 still attacking the weak f7 square, I protect while moving my other knight out.
5 g4 Nd4
He is planning on threating my knight next turn forcing me away, I move quick to attack the queen.
6 Qd3 Nxg4
Brilliant move there, he avoided the fork I set up for him. I claimed my free pawn for a move advantage.
7 Nf3 Bc5
We both clear our back rows to prepare to castle, but I have something in mind for my next turn.
8 O-O Nxf3
He castled, and I started my onslaught on the F2 and F3 squares, my plan was to take out his major peices and clearing pawns while only sacrificing my smaller pieces having both rooks and a queen at the end to press him into mate.
9 Qxf3 Nxf2
It is getting bloody, the queen takes my knight, I take a pawn to set up for a major capture.
10 Rxf2? Bxf2+
He walked right into the bishop.
11 Qxf2 O-O
He takes my bishop and I finally decided to castle.
12 d4 d6
He gambits a pawn, I decide to decline and not give up my claim to the center of the board.
13 Bh6!! Re2
He threatens my rook with his bishop, and I move it out of the way, it was a bad mistake...
14 Qxf7+ Kh8
He finally took his F7 square because my rook moved out of the way to protect itself. My king moved to the only legal square.
15 Bg7#
He moved his bishop for the final blow, a good kiss of death checkmate, I was surprised by such playing.
