Accuracy Score - Chess.com Game Review vs Lichess Computer Analysis

I played the following game yesterday and reviewed it on Lichess as I had already exhausted the free review available on Chess.com. Lichess Accuracy Score for White and Black were 82% and 69%.

Today, I reviewed the game again on Chess.com, and Accuracy Score for White and Black were 68% and 60%.

That is a drastic difference between White's accuracy as calculated by Lichess and Chess.com

Can anyone explain why?

That is a very profound observation, it is capable of redefining the outlook of millions of chess players across the world, defying all the boundaries that conventionally are known to divide.

I doubt anyone else will ever be capable enough to outshine the magnanimous bliss of your selfless contribution.

I am however, being a mere mortal being cursed with greed, habitually bound to seek better than what I have been bestowed with. Please forgive my trespasses.

They calculate the accuracy score in different ways. The calculations reflects the accuracy, but the calculation of the precise number is not something there are consensus about. Sites originally wanted high numbers to motivate players, but then people accused others of cheating because of mis interpretation of what accuracy score is. Then the numbers was lowered a bit.
