Looks like there's a bug in the engine. It can't call Nxf7 a brilliant move when it makes black better. It's supposed to be a sacrifice that leads to gain, not a sacrifice that probably loses with best play. I get that quite a bit in the Sicilian.

Okay but seriously, for those caro-Kann players, it is easy to counter. Put your c pawn on c5 and try to trade queens put knight on c6 bishop stay on c8 if they bishop check use your pawn to block if knight check go to g8 if they threaten your rook on h8 dont care as you are already a knight up, if they take you take and youre still up.

Aha!
People around 1400 try to play gambits like that all the time in blitz. They should lose with best play but sometimes they do win them. That doesn't mean it's brilliant!!

I´m around 1700 and have lost against this gambit. Not easy come with best moves when you are unprepared.
