Please give me advice on how I could have won. We were both at 2 mins at the end of the game.

I Played Black.

44...b4 was your best bet to win. E.g., 45. Ke4 b3 46. Kd3 g4

b5b4 was indeed a good move.

In fact, b5-b4 was a good move for black several times in this game, like on move 41 : 41...b5-b4!

The pawn majority advantage for black on the kingside secures the win because the white king cannot go to the queenside as long as black has 2 vs 1 pawns on the kingside.

You had a won king and pawn endgame here.  not so easy to calculate, but this is instructive.

Thanks for the advice, I'll remember to passpawn and fight the earge to capture in similar situations. So it didn't matter which pawn he took, I still had a winning chance, thats all I wanted to know.

This is a good example to look at. Evaluating exchanges are so important especially in the endgame. If your opponent initiates an exchange to a king and pawn endgame you need to take your time and see if its winning for you or your opponent. Here your opponent forced an exchange mistakingly thinking that it was winning for him when in fact it want.
