I could not find a name for this variant in the Book Openings, anyone care to shed some light on this? And an analysis would be great.

1. e4 c5 2.d3 Nc6

It's kinda a low-brid Closed Sicilian... I think...

Yeah, I would say a Closed Sicilian too because of 3.Nc3. It isn't quite a King's Indian Attack (1.e4 2.Nf3 3.d3 4.g3 5.Bg2) because white's king's knight goes to e2. If white's pawns end up on f4, e4, d3 and c3, IM Lawrence Day called it a Big Clamp.
