Analysing this interesting game

My comment after 11 should be after your fxe5 on 12 -- meant dxe5 might be (and likely was) better for you.  But you do have an advantageous position on 17.  You just have to understand that since you dont have time to play kb8 and c3, the center is falling apart and black will have play.  You need to generate attack quickly, and your rh1 plan was just way too slow.  Load up this position against a 3000+ strength engine and watch it build an attack as white.  Sure, we are only human, but you can learn to develop the instinct for how and when to attack.  Nh5 is logical even to human eyes, lining up the rook and black king, creating possibilities of sacrificing on f6.

 19. nxd4 drops a pawn and leads to massive problems.  The position looks slightly in black's favor to me if you play 19. bxd4, but its very much still a chess game.  Dropping this pawn was the most direct cause of your downfall, but there were other errors along the way.

10.h3 tried to avoid it but could not due to 10...fxe5 11.fxe5 Bh4+ 12.Nxh4 Qxh4+ and the h2 .
