Hello,
I started playing during lockdown, but only did some puzzles because I work and study and have 2 young kids. Now its getting a little less busy so I want to play some rapid games and see if I can break 1400 elo.
Can you help me analyze my games so I know what to improve?

The last game i was a little lost in the midgame after he played f5. I wanted to push on the kingside but could not find a plan so I chose to play down the middle on his backward pawn. That didnt go as planned but I found a solution to make him have doubled rookpawns after a queentrade. I saw that he would get the open file but saw that i can take it back later as long as I could get my King to guard the e2 square. So i shuffled it to d1 after playing c3 to block his Bishop from taking on b2.
In the end I thought i had a winning endgame but panicked after he played a5. My plan was to play g3 and f4 so I could push my passed pawn on the f-file, but completely panicked and agreed to a draw. Something i regret.
What do you think about this game and what should I remember to improve?
