Lots of moves that violate beginner principles.  5 ... qh4 violates "dont take your queen out before you develop your pieces" and is a useless square for the queen as well.  6. . . . nxf3 exchanges your centralized piece for his knight for no real reason...bd6 is better.  Your a6 and especially 14 . . . b5 serve no useful purpose and damage your pawn structure - instead you should be looking to improve the activity of your pieces - maybe nd7 followed by ne5.  20 . . . rh5 threatens literally nothing, ne4 is the natural move in the position.  22. ... rc8..and now you see one reason b5 was bad...you have a weakness on c6 that is inconveniencing you.
