Analyze THIS

My vision needs improvement because I missed tactical move after tactical move, including two quick mating chances.  I won, but why am I missing the moves I've noted in the annotations.  This is an OTB game.

If I can only figure this out I'll get better...  My mind needs to be chasing down these solutions, I'm clearly not working through candidate moves and perhaps am settling on the first good one I find.

You pretty much answered your own question. Nothing to add, good game for you and you took advantage of the few mistakes of your opponent, in top of that you clearly outplayed him. Nice job

Hard to say without you explaining what was going through your mind when you missed those tactics. It could be the case that you simply need to work more on them.
