You dropped a piece, rook, and then your queen. You need to improve your tactics, that is why you lost, 13. ... bxg4 and 32. . . . rh1 were obvious blunders, and 35. ...g2, although a little more complicated, was still something that you could have caught. (If 13. ... bxg4 was intentional, then certainly that is something that can be discussed, but you ended up getting one pawn for your piece without any attack.)
