Android play against computer and saving to Archive

Being new to playing against the computer on Chess.com on my phone/tablet, I was surprised to find out that those games are not automatically saved in Archive. Further, if you are unaware of the process to get them saved in Archive, there's a high probability that you'll forever lose the ability to make that happen. Should you click away from the game or your device dies, there is no way to come back to it. If the game is of any interest, then use the following process to get it saved after…which you can always choose to delete it. But again the option for doing that is fleeting and limited. Immediately upon conclusion of the game, you should do these two things. The Game Over pop-up box is your first opportunity to copy the game data. I highly suggest you take it and not be tempted to run the game report from that window. Running a game report before saving the data is not a good idea and should be avoided. In the upper right corner is an icon/button that looks like a less-than sign with three dots/circles at each point (a share icon). Click on it and copy the PGN (which ends up on your clipboard ready for pasting). That's a backup should you accidentally click away from the game. Now close the pop-up window and go to the Options button in the lower left hand corner. It is here that you can get your game officially saved into your Archive. But… If you're looking to annotate your game, I have not found a way to do that via the app. Instead I make use of a workaround.via logging in through a browser. You can be logged in both there and in the app at the same time. The web page login gives you access to the entirety of the site and some of that does not translate well to the app version or is not available in the app whatsoever. Also you may have to switch over to desktop mode while in your browser. Anyway you now have the freedom to find what works best for you since the game is safely saved and ready for analysis. Enjoy.
