annoying anti chess players (double fianchettos)

Im getting kinda tired as it seems like everyone is now playing anti chess with the goal of shutting down the game to draw-ish positions. These players will ALWAYS fianchetto both bishops and lock the game down .

heres an example:

I have to bte force my way through it and eventually found a smart tactic by sacrificing my bishop .

why play chess if you dont wanna play? anyway, what advice do you guys have to keep the games fun ,open and exiting?

I agree this setup is very annoying, what I do is I play an early h4 so if my opponent ever castles I just pawn storm incredibly aggressively, I also keep my f pawn free to move to prevent a shutdown of the position.
