Any sense in this resignation?

Don't usually put my games here, I run them through the free analyzer the site provides and through Chessmaster: Grandmaster. Thought this situation was interesting enoug that I could take it to others.  Is this a logical resignation (mate coming) or just an early giveup by a 3-digit ELO?
