Beginner wanting to improve seeks analysis

I am a relatively beginner player. I am looking into seriously playing more and partcipating in tournaments. I have played 67 games on chess cube so far. I am not that good. I was wondering if anyone in the community can help 2 games of mine as white. I have tried analyzing my own games, but at times, I dont have good insight like the better players here. I realized I like to be attacking with my play style but I make blunders as well. Sometimes I feel I just like to attack and not defend, simply just trying to find tactical moves, but because of my lack of experience, I dont find them all the time. I have been studyng tactics as many people suggest tactical studies benefit a beginner greatly. I was hoping anyone in the community wouldnt mind going over 2 brief games:

Game 1:

P.S - what is positional vs tactical play?

are some players more defensive than others? am I too aggressive? how can i improve?

4 Qa5+ i think wins a pawn. Then you let your knight get trapped which you should watch out for.

Thank you very much for your analysis. I never thought about taking the pawn because of the Queen, but if I did, I think the game would have gone a lot better!! I should have developed my pieces more throughly before I did my pawn push. Thank you for your insight!
