Black against Kings Indian Attack -- Unable to win

I was unable to get an edge in this game as Black.  I realize this is a solid opening for black and not very dynamic, still I wanted to play dynamically enough to get at least one chance.  The few mistakes I made do not look sufficient to have swayed the game either way.

12 ...Ng4 my aim was to challenge the e5 knight as quickly as possible. [The computer analyis prefers :

12...Rfe8 13.a4 Rad8 14.a5 a6 15.c5 Bc7 16.b4 Be4 17.Nd3.  That seems to just concede more space to White and is hardly an improvement.]

15 ...Nxe5 the engine states is a mistake, however the line the engine gives [ 15...Bxe5 16.Bxe5 Qxe5 17.cxd5 Rfd8 18.Qc2 cxd5 19.Rac1 Qe6 20.Rfd1 Nf6 21.Qd2 Rd7 22.Qb2 Re8 23.Rd4 Ne4 24.Rdd1 Kh7 ] doesn't seem to show a decisive advantage for Black and I cannot see how that would win.

After 23. exd4 it may be an objective Draw as far as i can tell.

After 27. ...Rb4 I do not know if there is any way for black to win.  The computer analysis states blacks advantage is significant later for example after move 38 playing

[38...  Kf7

39. Rd5 Kg6

40. Rb5 Rc4

41.  Rb6 Rc2

42.Rxb4 Rxa2

43. Rb6 -0.90 ]

Edit -- for some stupid reason these  moves keep disappearing in the post.

But it seems to dwindle out in the subsequent moves.

So I cannot find a single move that resulted in a draw or a missed win.  I am looking for a more dynamic way to oppose the King's Indian Attack where I can create chances.

Taking with the bishop would have allowed you to hold onto the extra pawn.  It wasn't decisive but it was an advantage.

Same thing with the endgame. 38..g5 threw away your extra pawn.

Ok, thanks.  I think then, that the computers identification of the mistakes is correct(as I would expect) just that the continuations it gives are not a realistic way a human would attempt to capitalize on it.  The first occasion I lost a pawn, I cannot see how I would have made the extra pawn worth anything.

38 ..g5 is a clear blunder but my endgame is not good enough to know how I would have played on after 38..kf7 which is what the computer prefers.  I am not even sure if that is anything other than a draw. I know it is probably obvious to someone who knows their rook and pawn endgames.
