Yes. According to the chess.com analysis caps (default quick analysis), I've gotten maybe 10 or so before. Of those, I probably only won half of those games lol. So 10 "brilliancies" from literally 1000s of chess.com games probably indicates it is pretty rare to get.
I did get one "Brilliant" move about a week ago though
