The term is misleading. The computer thinks that not only did you find the best move, but that the move was hard for a human to find, and is trying to make you feel better about yourself.

Yes, really. Mouse over the word brilliant in the analysis where it has the count of how many moves of each type each side made. It says it outright: best: the engine's best move. Brilliant: the best move and tricky to find.
Add it to your 'best moves' count and consider that finding all of those was equally awesome. If you made the move at random and don't understand the implications, that is another question?
