Guys, Not sure if this helps but a brilliant move is one where its good,
Actually the statement "Engines can find brilliant moves. They just didn't calculate enough."
Is sometimes false. I have found brilliant moves that the best chess engines could not find no matter how long they calculate.
omg! this guy wins a gold medal for hubris!
Had a "brilliant" move today. Seemed pretty easy to find. According to the analysis, it was the only move that wasn't a blunder. Maybe this is what qualifies it as "brilliant".
I never get a brilliant move but I got 1 player that made a brilliant move and it was developing the knight
Move 10 in this game, had a brilliant blunder.
