In general it's going to be fairly low overall. For example, in Rapid 0.2% of my moves were brilliant and blitz 0.1%
Hikaru, on chess.com rapid games, is at 0.3%. He plays a lot of chess, the the total number is going to be high, but they don't happen very often.
