Correct, Kb8 and then?

Batman2508

im thinking bxb5 axb5 and den roll the a pawn I've seen this kind of puzzle somewhere else is it correct?

rebus2k

Bxb5 axb5, so you have passed pawn. Then maybe a6, a7

Nde7 Kb8 Bxb5 axb5 a6 Bxg2, then what tongue.png

Batman2508

but the light corlored bishop can block... maybe qa5?

Rodgy

If you want to go Bxb5 you have to go Nde7+ first so they don't have Nxd5 duh

Batman2508

e4!  deflecting, qa5 is also an option

My first instinct is Nxc7 Kxc7 and then do something with the bishop on h2 and the king on the opposite end but now i like Bxb5 more. Too lazy to really evaluate it right now

Bxb5 Nxd5 Bxa6 was my idea and now if Bxa6 then Qxd5 and if the knight retreats then Bxb7+ and we have a passer on the a file

All of this is forced by both sides in order to not lose btw

Not looking at an engine, I believe Bxb5 Nxd5 Bxa6 then just Nc5 is gg

Nde7 Kb8 Bxb5 ab a6 Bxg2 there are several options at this point but most of them black gets the advantage if he plays precise
