Can anyone help me analyze this game?

So, I played this game this past weekend, and it was one of the toughest games I've ever played. I won the game, but I feel that play could be improved from both sides.... Anyways, here's the game

The Time controls were game 75 with a 5 sec. delay.

Hope you guys can help me analyze this game. 

I dont think there was any reason to sacrifice the knight. Why did you do it?

Because I felt paralyzed... I couldn't take on a4, I couldn't move the Queen without dropping the e7 pawn, I couldn't move my bishops without dropping the b5 pawn, I couldn't move my f6 Knight without dropping the g4 pawn, I couldn't move my f8 rook without dropping the f7 pawn, The only other move I had was Re5, but I didn't want to remove the rook from the c file.

Why didnt you want to move the rook from the c file

Because it's indirectly attacking the c3 Knight...

I like the knight sac. In fact, I don't think I'd even consider much else in that position. 28.Qg7+! would have been an interesting try for him though!

Oh yeah! He gets the Queen back a couple of moves later.

Looking at it slightly longer, you can eliminate that possibility with 27...Rxg1 before taking on d4. Interesting game :)
