Is there any advice that you can give me? It was a pretty crazy game.

Edited note: i am the black pieces. Srry, it's upside down, i don't know how to change it.

I think 38) Rc8 was a bad move, instead you should have exchanged the rook. 38) Rxh2+, Kxh2 and now Rxc7. With that said, you have 3 extra pawns which leads to a nice win.

So many positional inaccuracies. Let me just name one: Whenever your opponent recaptures with his queen via ...Qxd5 in the opening, play Nc3 to chase off that queen. That allows you to develop and gain a tempo at the same time. I estimate that that one trick will boost your winning chances about 5-10% at that point, based on the type of database results I've seen. Losing or gaining even one tempo like that is taken very seriously in opening theory. Below are two examples, where I call that sequence of moves a "pikula-threat-sequence" but that's just my own, temporary name.

If you like the sicilian, and I do. Check out the Siberian tiger trap, also Walter Browne was one of my favorites on teaching the sicilian. He was a very notable GM that won many games with it. So if you have access to a data base check his games out when he is playing black, you'll definitely be impressed, good luck.

Also as far as your game went, I believe you attacked a little early, you could have had your dark square bishop out to help. Your queen on c7 and dark bishop on c5 is something you may want to check out, before you snag the h3 pawn. of course the whole position is slightly changed then.Typically when you want to attack that pawn, or h6 if your attacking blacks castled king, you also want to get rid of the f3 or f6 knight 1st. Good luck.

Oops, I did it wrong, I'm the black pieces.

I knew, lol. Also your move 18 you should have taken the e1 rook with check. you had him on the ropes. Also as soon as you could shift c6 knight to e5, you didn't necessarily want to trade queens yet. Good luck on your future games.

Hope this helps:

Oh boy I was actually grimacing at the screen as things unravelled for you. Take note of Wuehler's advice so such a painful loss should be avoided in future!

I remember a time when people said thank you when someone did them a favor.

Oh, those are very helpful. I'm sorry it took me a few days to check back. Thank you for looking at the game for me.

On move 24 I just thought that 'passed pawns should be pushed' was all I could think of.

then in the end i was worried about stopping his c pawn. i made some mistakes, i'm not so good at playing fast.
