I think White is almost on a zugzwang - but that's first gut impression. Black's potential breakthrough is on the Queenside; White's on the Kingside. For either side to breakthrough, sacrifices must be made - but they're compesated by the imminent danger presented to the King. White's king seems safer than Black's, but Black has more pieces pointed at that White King.
I'm going with a slight advantage on Black - he seems more fit to keep fighting, whilst White has a solid advantage. I'll give a variation, focusing on sacrifice
Of course, main line is ideal play, and analysis is incomplete, and White is barely thought of, but if you had to play it to the bitter end, this is the play I'd expect from Black. It's a shame that the knight can't be exchanged off without putting the whole planto bits - you can see that the b4 pawn is crucial to the above strategy.
Yeah, it seems drawn, but don't rely on me - I'm weak.
This is a game I played recently, and the position became sort of locked up. Could either side make any meaningful progress? I did not think so and we agreed to a draw.
