It is not really a "trap" - this is more of just a weakness created by playing f6 so early. One of the opening principles is to avoid playing f3 and f6 for this reason. As for names, this is closely related to Damiano's Defense, and you can look up videos and other analyses which cover why this kind of opening can be so bad.
