looks like white can win this game I see the strong e pawn after qxp h3 is a weak check becuase if he decide to take pawn on b2 then qxe5+ winning rook this is a winning game for white

Rex-Vox

Perpetual check incoming. As Heejo demonstrated.

What matters is that the same position occurred three times. What happened in between doesn't matter.

but my opponent i am sure would not fall to that mistake she is quite a good player

what more the chat was disable

i asked for a draw and was refused and did these back and forth moves but didnt get and alerts or indication that i can force or claim draw

Yes, White at LEAST can force a draw by "Perpetual check" (as long as black doesn't block with the Rook - in which case White wins) OR threefold repetition.

I'm pretty sure the question isn't a yes/no question.  The OP is asking whether white can win or if it has to settle for the draw.  I don't see a way to win, SimSim
