Can you analyze this game please
I'm not trying to be mean, but the game was horribleeeeee. There were a ton of better moves you could've played, and you risked your win at the end there, lucky you that your opponent didn't know how to take advantage of it.
At your level all you need is tactics. You've probably heard/read that a lot, but it's definitely true. The game was full of tactical errors on both sides, if you're looking to improve just find a tactic book and/or use the chess tactics server. If you have a chess engine it'll find all the tactical errors for you to point them out. gl
A difficult ending (knight vs bishop always is...in fact, to me at any rate it's just about the toughest). You were still winning after the exchange on move 32, but there was really no need to go in for it, especially since 32... Ng4+ won another pawn (he couldn't even try 33 Kg3 Nxe3 34 Kf4 due to 34... Rxc3 35 Bxc3 Nd5+).
Again 33... Ng4+ was better (he could've--and should've--played 34 Bxg7 btw).
41... h4+ followed by 42... g3 was I think a strong idea. You then play f4. Even if he tries to prevent it with Bd2, you do it anyway: f4; ef Kf5 followed by Nxf4+. White would not last much longer.
44... a5 only allows him to get counterplay by taking the pawn (and getting a passer...always very dangerous in a knight vs bishop situation). And 45... Nf4+ should've lost the game to 46 ef+ Kxf4 47 Bc7+ followed by pushing the a-pawn. The bishop can always stop the farthest advanced Black pawn while the White pawn is free to queen.
The 2 vs 1 endgame probably is in fact a win...but you do have to be careful. 56... f2+ 57 Kf1 Ng3+ is winning, but 56... Kd3 should only draw (White had 58 Kf1 Ng3+ 59 Kg2 f1/Q+ 60 Kxg3 Kxc3 61 Qa3+ with what looks to be perpetual check).
Anyway, like I say it was a difficult (and interesting) ending!
Thank you, I forgot to say that the game was 5 minute game, we played really fast, no time to think too much :)
