Don't advance pawns in front of your king unless you really have to. In this game your opponent at different points either had a winning advantage or the chance to gain a winning advantage but he misplayed it.
can you give me tips on this game?

My quick and dirty analysis is below. As you can see, both players miss lots of opportunities to win material. The biggest single thing you could do to improve your game is to have a checklist before you move:
1. Can you check your opponent?
2. Can you capture any material?
3. Can your opponent check you?
4. Are any of your pieces in threat of capture?
At this level games are decided by the player who simply makes the fewest horrible errors. Eliminating these from your game will result in many more wins.

try to play longer time control at least 15min for a game, and check how the position changed every move. You and your opponent missed many tactical strikes. First step is to stop blundering your pieces.

Tip #1
Post a loss with some analysis.
Tip #2
DO NOT post poorly played games, just because it was a win.
Tip #3
Follow Opening Principles.
Tip #4
Double check you moves.
Tip #5
Quit playing speed chess if youre trying to improve.
My response for tip one- why does it need to be a loss
My response for tip two- thats the whole reason im asking for tips it was poorly played
My response for tip three- this one seems good
My response to tip four- I need to do that
My response to tip five- ...
...
Im practicing thinking faster because what if you take too long thinking on one move and it takes alot of your time and i have a speed chess tournament happening at my school so why cant i practice?

One reason that people prefer people to post games they lost for analysis is because there are lots of people on chess.com who post games where they won and they ask for analysis; and really they are just asking for praise and for others to say how fantastic their moves were. In addition, you can generally learn more from your defeats than from your victories since in the former case you will have made errors whereas you may have won simply because your opponent played really poorly.
However, in the original game that you posted I think it was a good for you to show because, even though you won, you were outplayed most of the time and only won because you sort of stole it at the end with a back-row mate. A nice spot. And it is good to look for these opportunities especially when you are losing. But in this one there was lots for you to learn from. Feel free to post another if you want me to analyse that too.

Reasonable points, but too dogmatic.
In the game in question, both sided were dead lost several times! That the OP won the game was essentially a coincidence!. And when inexperienced players, rated around 700, play, it will always be poorly played, That's a given. But these games, win or lose, contain a lot of instructive moments where you can show the OP how tips #3 and #4 apply. I think corum, in post #4 nails it
[I Forgot!] Strongly agree with tip #5.

i get what you are saying for the thing but i can assure you that im not doing it for attention because did you look at my accuracy, it is 11.1, a lot of blunder, 2 missed wins, and only 7 best moves,

Agree - that's what I said in my second paragraph. This game was a good one to paste even though you won. Lots to learn!!
