Chess trap

I played this live game awhile ago. To be honest, I cant believe I pulled it off against a real person. I was thinking about it today, and decided to post it. I dont like to name specific users, so I renamed it to Anonymous.

it just goes to show you, no matter how enticing taking a Queen seems, you've got to figure out if its a trap.

Anyway, I have two questions.

First, I believe this is variation of the Legal Trap, is this correct?

Second, Whats a good counter to this trap? I had a friend show me one good counter, but I want to know what others think.

Black's 4th is a mistake.    White would have the better game with 5 Bxf7+, Kxf7  6 Qxg4, Nxd4

As the game goes,  6N e5 should lose to 6......dxe  7 Qxg4, Nxc2+  and Nxa1

Thanks, guys. I appreciate it.
