Complicated Sicilian

This game was played in FICS, at slow time controls (60 15). It ended up as a draw, but both sides had good chances. I wanted to discuss this match in order to improve my strategy, and get some new ideas. Keep in mind that it was played between two fairly good players (white: +- 1600 Black: +- 1700). I handled the black pieces in this one. Please comment.

Oh, I wanted a comment about the middlegame as a whole, not about the opening itself. Indeed, the prefered text move against 2. c3 is 2...Nc6, and I think I would have been better with it.

Indeed, I was fearfull of that move (9.e6) in the game. I remember being somewhat thankfull that he didn't play it.
