Computer analyzis free: Relevant at all?

First, I wonder how the computer analyzer works. I understand that the +6.2, -0.4 etc. is only my own rating?

Secondly, how relevant is the free computer analyzer? For example, it seem to give me negative score for winning moves. Only if I play a tactical move I get score, when I move pieces srategically to winning positions it doesn´t really seem to care at all.

I guess that a strength of only 2000 is to be considered weak even for analyzes of 1300-1400 players? I also presume it gives score based on book moves. Can this be confirmed?

That +6.2 means that White has an advantage (not necessarily only material) of about 2 knights worth (2 knights equals about 6 pawns, and +1 means up by 1 pawn). It takes into account not only material, but position too. Yeah, it does it's analysis based on how GMs played it, so what would be a winning move, would be a losing move to it. Or maybe it's just analyzing based on something else. Me not exactly chess.com senior.
