Why did you play 4.f3? What a bizarre move. Was it a mouse-slip?
After that, 6. Bc4 was very careless. 6. - Bxe4 7. fxe4 Qh4+ and you are toast.
Later, 21. c4? was another careless move. Rxe2 followed by Qxd4 and Qxa1 wins for black.
In the end, it was nice that you found the d7 win. It would have worked even a move earlier, but not many players would have found that.

yes that was a mouse slip it was very anoying
