Activate your rook and try to bully him off the important files and ranks. You are happy with a rook trade and he is not. You are a pawn up and the bishop is better at blocking pawns than a knight. You have a won game.
Also, the bishop knight trade is not bad for you either. You position is temporarily awkward, but you can wiggle out
Why did you keep going back to e7 when his rook was on d1? Why not like Rc8 he can't put the rook on the 2nd row and if he checks you can go to e7 and then he can't do anything more and has to go back.I mean it's still not a won game at all but I'd say you have a better position.
