Day 3 of Game Analysis / Road to 2000!

Hello future 400s!

Welcome Back to my (semi) daily blog on analyzing my OTB games sans engine and covering my journey to 2000 USCF, Expert level. As a reminder, I am currently 1740 USCF. As always, I'm looking to improve, so advice on my game, analysis, or even general advice from stronger players is much appreciated--- also, I'm open to hearing from weaker players because I don't doubt I missed something.

Today's game takes us back to September 30, 2023, when I was but a humble 1534. I had the White pieces vs a 1300 and was ready to play for a win. Now, of course, I would have liked to analyze a game where I lost and conduct a deeper analysis on it, but firstly, I felt this was an interesting game, and furthermore, I have to study before a classical tournament tomorrow.
