Looks like you forgot to press the draw button, you have to claim the draw if the position is repeated 3 times.

It's automatic after something like 5 repetitions, they say, but has to be claimed for three.

No that's not true. On OTB it must be claimed after 3 repitions, but on chess.com the draw happens immideatly.
