While playing this i thought i had a chance to win, just couldn't grasp how. How should i have went with it? - I'm white

10.Nb7 was a bit rash. If you had retreated eg. Ne4 you could have won the Ba5 without losing this knight.

13.Bb4+ careless blunder losing the bishop.

16.Qd2 was better so you are not vulnerable to a discovered check after Qxa5. Then go Bd3 and 0-0. Your plan of running out with the king, pushing the kingside pawns, playing Rh3 was asking for too much. Your king was too exposed with the major pieces of black still on the board.

You suffered because your development was not efficient. If you look at the final position Ra1 has not moved in the game, Bf1 has not moved in the game, Rh3 has moved but has not taken part in the game. Try to use your whole army, get everything into the game.

Thank you! I think pretty much all the points you mentioned were due to me being too focused on a piece/strategy. I also didn't move every piece, as i thought it will be better to leave them there to defend

On move 13 you should have taken the unprotected knight  at a6 with your white bishop!
