Draw

Not bad! 13. Qa6 or 13. c4 followed by d5 and Re1+ would've been interesting attacking or drawing moves (13. Qa6 Nb8 14. Qd3 Nd7 15. Qa6 Nb8, etc.), though I don't know what would have become of the position then. 29. Rxh5 followed by putting your queen on the "h" file (say by Qh4, if the position permitted it) could've been nasty for Black, too.
Yeah, not bad. The only real blunder is that you dropped a pawn on move 3. You need to protect that pawn, there is no check or tactical trick to get anything for it, its just free.

I especially like that your positions had a lot of attacking possibilities. At one point you had a discovered attack on the Black queen that in a more coordinated position might've won his queen for you. You had a couple possibilities to keep Black from ever castling, as I mentioned, that potential attack on the "h" file I mentioned, a nice passed "c" pawn that might've won the endgame, and a nice "out" with that perpetual check, and more. To me that's a sign that you're doing something right, and doing it consistently.
