in your last loss, you were black, it went
1e4
you answered with the Scandi as you call it
1……. d5
and resigned before white played his 2nd move.
so you played perfectly and still lost.
that’s chess i guess!

How about this?
why should you have played Bxc2 on move 11 instead of move 12 ?
On move 11, Bxc2 wins a pawn. On move 12 it loses a rook. That's why.
I am frustrated.
I have been playing chess for some years now, and have been improving- albeit slowly- since I started.
But I am in a funk, and I don't know how to help myself.
I regularly play on both Lichess and Chess.com. I do puzzles on lichess often, and used to do them often on chess.com.
I have read opening books for the scotch and the Scandi, I watch alot of chess videos, I analyze nearly all my games, taking notes on what I blundered and missed.
But according to the analysis, I am not making blunders in many of the games I am losing.
I know, my opponents are playing better. But what, specifically, am I missing that keeps my rating going lower 3 of every 4 games this last 2 months?
You have a blind spot for Bishop moves. You either miss bishop moves/threats by the opponents bishops or/and you are not playing optimally with your bishops. Practice bishop tactics a lot and also study bishop endgames.
