the idea that you "equalized" material at move 20 is silly.

Fireballer, that seems pretty true. But I'm still trying to determine whether I could've played the middlegame and endgame any better here.

 

polydiatonic, what exactly do you mean? In terms of the nominal point value of pieces, I was equal at move 20. However, in terms of the efficacy and real point value of pieces at move 20, I may have still been somewhat behind until a few moves later. Is that what you meant?

 

AnthonyCG, we've all determined that the sac was quite crappy, to say the least. :) For which moves do you suggest the Kd2 & Re1 manevuer?

I'm not the greatest player so maybe I just don't get it but it seems to me that your victory was because you were a much better player, in general, not because you sacrificed your queen.Surprised

I have found a beginner who very confident with his bullet skills. He is a player who comes from the Philippines. The guy is strong beginner with high skill proved it with his ridiculous move by losing his queen like a noob but he can make a checkmate without the queen. Awesome!!!

As a result, all the opponents are always willing to accept a rematch. A rare thing in the world of bullet, especially among the beginners. Laughing

I think it was because it was a live game and your opponent honestly played like badly after winning a queen
