error by Game Review, or by Mr?

Check out this #chess game: montorod vs sibkk - https://www.chess.com/live/game/97107613995 is this game above, in my game review, for move 34 as black, the game review tells me that pawn to d4 is a mistake and that I should do Qxe3 instead. however when I follow its recommended line it ends up terribly. has the review made an error? or am I doing something wrong?
