You played the opening quite well up until 9. b3. Whether Black captures your bishop or your queen at b2, that just puts your rook on a ridiculous square. I would have jumped at the opportunity to trade queens at f6, for example, to double Black's pawns for the endgame. Then you kept failing, starting with 18. h3, to expand in the center, especially with d4, which resulted in your bishop having lousy mobility since it was on the same color as your pawns. After 20...c5, which locked up the center pawns, the game was a pretty certain draw.
