I'm not sure what you mean. I see 3.Rh5 in a split second... zugzwang is a crucial endgame concept and many positions cannot be won without it. Also, "real life" blitz is usually played at 5 0 time controls--no delay, no increment.
It's a skewer, not a pin. A pin is when a less valuable piece can't move because it's shielding a more valuable one. A skewer is when a valuable piece has to move, leaving the piece behind it open to capture.
